Using Filters or Grouping to Organize Call Data
You can apply your custom filter to existing standard reports to focus on specific data subsets:
- Segment data by various dimensions (e.g., site, division, department, line, or extension).
- Exclude data by a call type or any other fields from your SMDR record using a custom filter (click the "Filter" botton on the toolbar).
- Get data for a specific caller phone, account, or authorization code.
Additionally, you can group some standard reports by the additional fields like site, division, department to get subtotals for the necessary unit.
