This data is being extracted with help of the "Advanced PBX Data Logger" software only. It may not applicable for other software titles.

Configuring PBX Data Logger as a TCP client

Our software should work in the TCP client mode. It means that our software will initiate connection with the PBX and the PBX will work as a server. Add one or several PBX IP addresses here (the IP address of the (none)). The port number should match the port that you have defined within the PBX (4001 in the example below).

1. Add a new configuration with the TCP data source (if you didn't it before).

2. Configure the TCP settings as shown below.

Changing the Call Logging Password

The Call Logging Password configurable in PBX can be used to protect access:

  1. From the Management information list select System
  2. Beside the Call Logging Password field click on Change
  3. In the Script Prompt enter the password required
  4. Select OK
  5. Re-enter your password to confirm the change
  6. Select OK
  7. Submit the change

No logging output will occur without the Call Logging password being sent Advanced PBX Data Logger. So, you should activate the data query plugin and specify the password (fig. 2,3)
